3. Medical Conditions and Contraindications
Members acknowledge and agree that they will not use any Club products or devices if:
They are pregnant or believe they may be pregnant.
They have a pacemaker.
They have an implanted defibrillator.
They have implanted electronic medical devices.
Their healthcare professional has advised against exposure to electromagnetic, electrical, plasma, radio-frequency, or similar technologies.
If a member has any medical condition or concerns, they agree to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using any product supplied by the Club.
4. Assumption of Risk
Members understand that participation in the activities of the Club and use of Club products is entirely voluntary.
Members acknowledge that:

No specific results are promised or guaranteed.
They assume full responsibility for their use of any products or devices.
They participate entirely at their own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the High Frequency Plasma Private Members Club, its owners, operators, officers, employees, affiliates, representatives, and volunteers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
Use of any Club product or device.

6. Member Responsibility
Members agree:

8. Membership Consent
By joining the High Frequency Plasma Private Members Club, the member confirms that:
